How to host online for free my simple Java webapp (in .war format) and have a mySQL DB for testing

I'm studying how to create a RESTful webservice with Java (JAX-RS) and using Jersey Framework. I've tested in localhost and all works fine, now i would like to put my webapp (that it' s compressed in webapp.war) in a cloud hosting site like Altervista (I don't know). I've searched on Google but maybe I'm not looking for the right things because there is not easy to find Tomcat hosting for free. I need also a mySQL DB. Anyone knows a detailed tutorial for hosting my Java webapp? Any hosting site ? Thanks.
